Back at the 80's , it was interesting...

David bowie released his album "Lets Dance" and Michael Jackson has "Thriller".

I remember it was like war between the fans of Bowie and te fans ho Jackson.

I was with... Bowie - of course ...

Let us all see - Where is bowie in our days ??

On the other hand - Where is Jackson ???

Simon Le Bon - A former Israeli Kibbutz member

Well , I want to share with you the fact that Simon Le Bon was a volunter in the kibbutz Gvulot a in the Negev desert in Israel in 1978.

That fact was not so known back at the 80's , and in a matter of fact came outside in an interview at the Rolling Stone magazine in 1987.

Simon liked Israel , and he came back to perform in Israel at 1998.

Me and my husband were there.

It was fantastic !!!

Duran Duran - The best

One of my favourite bands was Duran Duran.
It was the era of the boys bands such as : Spandau Ballet , Roxy Music and Depech Mode.
The band took their name from the "Dr. Durand Durand", from the cult science-fiction film Barbarella.
The singer in the band Simon Le Bon served a year in a Kibbuts as a volunteer in my home country Israel.
